Physician-Led Medical-Legal Expertise

MedMal Consulting is led by Michael Herman, M.D., a former academic intensivist with residency training in anesthesiology and fellowship training in adult critical care medicine and trauma. He also has additional training in high-risk obstetric and major cardiovascular anesthesia.
This clinical experience informs our physician-led approach to medical record analysis, standard-of-care assessments, medical causation, and expert witness referrals. We help plaintiff attorneys identify important medical issues, evaluate potential departures from accepted standards of care, and develop informed litigation strategies.
